A Holiday To Parga For Excitement
Holidays to Parga are for excitement. The city is busy and always has something going on. The coffee shops are always a buzz with some type of conversation and the locals are always sharing stories amongst the crowd. Parga is one of the most popular places in Epirus. There are beaches, sun and beautiful scenery. If you want a different type of setting one night, you can even enjoy a night out under the stars at one of the campgrounds. It is the most incredible experience one could want. Then there are the other spectacular things to do in Parga.
The taverns, coffee shops and little cafés line the narrow streets. If you walk up to the top of the steep streets, you can look down over the rooftops of the houses in Parga. There is a beach in the center of the city as well as a very popular beach off to the south called Valtos Beach. The city is a place to stay and travel to adjoining villages. The distance between the areas is short and is a nice drive. You could visit Lichnos where you will find a beautiful beach, or Ai Giannakis, which is where all the water sports enthusiasts hang out.
You can visit the ancient ruins about twenty minutes away from Parga called Nekromanteio of Acheron. Then you could drive on to Vrahos, which is a party all the time. The beaches are always jumping with fun. If you are looking for a quieter place to sunbath, Riza is a place to go. If you rent a car, you can take the underground tunnel from Preveza to Aktio for some sightseeing. All these adventures alone makes any holiday to Parga exciting. Then there is the restaurants and nightclubs.
The restaurants have many different cuisines that are sure to fancy even the fuzziest eater. There are many different countries represented in the restaurants. The nightclubs are hopping at night with live entertainment, dancing and singing. You will enjoy your trip to Parga and have many memories to take back home. If you like the water or water sports, you will find the different beaches just right for whatever it is you enjoy doing. You can plan to spend an enjoyable week or two in Parga for some great sightseeing or some beach fun. Everyone in the family has a good time while visiting.
