There are Franciscan nuns who tend to the sanctuary; visitors will discover a very impressive statue of ‘Jesus of the Sacred Heart’. The statue is dedicated to the Menorcan’s who lost their lives during the Moroccan war of 1925. Cala n Bosc is located in the southwest section of the island & is a fairly large resort that is centred around its busy marina. There are numerous restaurants, shops & bars.
