4 Things To Do On Your Holiday To La Palma When you are looking for things to do for your holiday to La Palma, you will find that there are four things that are spectacular to do in this area. Scuba diving is one of the most popular sports to do. You will see colors and fascinating underwater landscaping like you have not seen anywhere else. There are caves, tunnels, canyons and walls, plus all the marine life underwater. You can see stingrays, eagle, octopuses, eels and so much more. One of the best places to go scuba diving is by Los Cancajos. You can actually dive from the shore. You do not need a boat. Another place to see is the national forest. The best times to see the forest are during the summer months when the colors are bright green. However, the fall months produce a variety of color. There are only a couple areas of the forest that you do not explore as they are protected, but otherwise, you can explore every inch of the national forest. They have many trails for walking and hiking that leads you into the dense forest. It is wise to take along some food and drink and stay on the trails so you do not get lost. Holidays to La Palma will also take you to Puerto Naos. This is a small village located on the west coast. Many years ago this village is where the banana boats docked. There are about four roads that have apartment buildings, but there are a lot of privately owned seafront apartments. There are many bars and restaurants as well as the markets in small boutiques. The beach is black sand and very enjoyable to see. You could spend a day in this village and enjoy everything it has to offer. Paragliding is something that everybody loves to do in La Palma. There are some areas that have the most breathtaking views of the mountains. This is going to be the starting place for paragliding. The winds are strong and will take you over the mountains. If you have never had experience with paragliding, you can have a trainer teach you the techniques and basics before you try on your own. You will have a good time when you make a visit to La Palma.
